The competition is open to all event attendees aged 18 years or over, except employees of the event organizers or anyone else directly associated with the competition.
By entering the competition, the participant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
To enter the competition, participants must visit our booth, take a photo with our laser sword, and share the photo on social media using the hashtag #AirtameInfoComm23.
Only one entry per person will be accepted. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
The competition will run during the event, from the opening of exhibiting hours until the exhibiting hours are over
Entries must be submitted by the closing time of the event to be considered for the prize draw.
One winner will be selected at the conclusion of exhibiting hours at random from all eligible entries received on each day of the competition (1 each day) and the winner will receive one iconic weapon of the Jedi.
The winner will be notified via social media within 7 days of the competition closing. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 14 days of notification, the organizer reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
The organizer reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in any event outside of their control.
The organizer’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
By entering the competition, participants consent to the use of their name and photo in any publicity material related to the competition, without additional compensation or prior notice.
By entering the competition, participants consent to receive marketing materials from Airtame
