Customer Success Specialist

We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist who understands the value of nurturing customer relationships, providing thoughtful solutions and showing customers you care. We are passionate about making our customers happy and we hope you are too.

You will join our team in New York and be working closely with our dedicated customer success team in Copenhagen, Denmark to give our customers an awesome experience and we'll make sure you have a rewarding and challenging time in return!

Your tasks

  • Covering daily incoming support from emails and live chat, including technical inquiries, logistical questions, and sales related support.
  • Ensuring an optimized product adoption by constantly and proactively improve our customer’s journeys from prospective leads to Airtame advocates.
  • Communicating with customers through inbound and outbound (warm) calls.
  • Always seeking to optimize our automatations and self-help content to provide our customers with the best possible tools.
  • Understanding our customer’s needs and channelling that feedback to various teams within Airtame so we all continue to improve.

Requirements

  • You are experienced at providing exceptional customer service both online and on the phone.
  • You are service-minded and strive to give customers the best possible support and experience with our products.
  • You are a highly-motivated team player with a drive for creative thinking and for getting things done.
  • You are tech savvy and you are excited by technology and its influence on your daily life.
  • You understand the principles of customer success and how it differs from support.

Bonus points

None of the following are required skills but they will help you differentiate from other applicants and they will help contribute to our current team in a meaningful way.

  • You have experience with content writing including emails, blog posts, or help center articles.
  • You have experience with shooting and editing videos.
  • You are experienced with UX design thinking with a creative mindset used for projects like customer journey mapping.
  • You are experienced with analyzing data and making decisions based on quantitative feedback.
