We are looking for a team leader for our European Sales team.
We have an incredible amount of incoming leads requesting our product. It will be your job will be to make it rain, to drive sales, to build our sales strategy for the EU and to support the sales team to achieve great results. This takes structure, commercial understanding and an ability to lead and motivate colleagues.
The Airtame business model is a combination of a hardware and SaaS. The vision for our sales strategy is to build a healthy, product driven company and therefore we’re not looking for pushy sales-people to do quick and dirty one-off sales. We nurture our customers and only really celebrate when they come back for more!
