The role

Airtame is growing fast. This is your unique opportunity to work at one of Denmark’s most promising start-ups, and lead and develop a team of driven sales people.

We are looking for a team leader for our European Sales team.

We have an incredible amount of incoming leads requesting our product. It will be your job will be to make it rain, to drive sales, to build our sales strategy for the EU and to support the sales team to achieve great results. This takes structure, commercial understanding and an ability to lead and motivate colleagues.

The Airtame business model is a combination of a hardware and SaaS. The vision for our sales strategy is to build a healthy, product driven company and therefore we’re not looking for pushy sales-people to do quick and dirty one-off sales. We nurture our customers and only really celebrate when they come back for more!

Your tasks

  • Creating and maintaining direction for our team of account and channel managers.
  • Identifying key areas of the sales process which can be improved and implement changes to this.
  • Define individual sales metrics for each account manager and coach them on how to succeed with these.
  • Driving revenue by incentivizing and accelerating our wholesale channel.
  • Making sure we keep a healthy, strong and growing pipeline of deals.
  • Always seeking to improve our customer's journey to successfully onboard and make customers happy.
  • Find and hire the best sales colleagues in the area.
  • Scaling revenue by 2X+ in the coming year.


  • Have experience leading a sales team and scaling a business internationally.
  • Are strongly driven by sales metrics.
  • Are a highly-motivated team player with a drive for getting things done.
  • Are killing it with B2B sales and have a thirst for closing deals.
  • Are working innovatively to optimize and improve our customer relationships.
  • Are tech savvy.
  • Are ready to take on the challenge of driving Millions of $ in revenue.
