The role

Airtame is growing fast. This is your unique opportunity to work at one of Denmark’s most promising start-ups, in our satellite San Francisco office.

We are looking for a Key Account Manager for our Revenue Team to manage our west coast customers.

We have an incredible amount of leads coming directly to us with a need for our product. It will be your job will be to make it rain, to drive sales, to build relationships with current customers and to awe these new inbound leads. This takes structure, tight pipeline management and hunger.

Your tasks

  • B2B Selling, selling and selling.
  • Building a sales pipeline and nurturing your leads.
  • Covering daily incoming support from emails and live chat varying from technical, logistics and sales related support.
  • Providing customer support both through inbound and outbound calls.
  • Always seeking to improve our customer's journey to one who is successfully onboarded and happy.
  • Making sure our customers are technically onboarded and happy with Airtame.
  • Being an awesome team player and open to unforeseen tasks while starting up an office in a new location.


  • Are killing it with B2B sales and have a thirst for closing deals.
  • Are service-minded and strive to give our customers the best possible support and experience with Airtame.
  • Are working innovatively to optimize and improve our customer relationships.
  • Are thrilled by providing exceptional customer support and creating success stories.
  • Are tech savvy.
  • Are a highly-motivated team player with a drive for getting things done.
  • Preferably have experience with technology and network environments.
