The role

Airtame is looking for an experienced recruiter to play a key role in growing our team in the US. You will manage and prioritize hiring across teams and hiring managers. This is your chance to be part of a dynamic, young team in a fast-growing startup and help build the Airtame employer brand in US market.

Your tasks

  • Creating and maintaining direction for our team of account and channel managers.
  • Identifying key areas of the sales process which can be improved and implement changes to this.
  • Define individual sales metrics for each account manager and coach them on how to succeed with these.
  • Driving revenue by incentivizing and accelerating our wholesale channel.
  • Making sure we keep a healthy, strong and growing pipeline of deals.
  • Always seeking to improve our customer's journey to successfully onboard and make customers happy.
  • Find and hire the best sales colleagues in the area.
  • Scaling revenue by 2X+ in the coming year.


  • Full-cycle recruiting experience on an in-house recruiting team.
  • Knowledge of how to balance team needs and expectations with grace and conviction.
  • Experience with developing unique sourcing strategies, including social networking and direct sourcing.
  • You know how to work on a small and highly effective team and can grow with us as we grow the company.
  • You can work with us in our office in the heart of Williamsburg, Brooklyn, NY.

  • Experience with employer brand activities: work with local startup community, employer brand in media, participate job fair, etc.
  • Experience with building and maintaining relationships with talents in the startup community.
