Technical Support Specialist

The role

Airtame is looking for an awesome person to join our technical support team at our HQ in Copenhagen. You will act both as an advocate for our product and a technical expert, while at the same time nurture customer relationships, provide thoughtful solutions, and make customers happy.

You’ll be working with our sales, customer success, and engineer team to help improve our product and deliver both reactive and proactive technical support to anything from small startups to huge company roll-outs.

Your tasks

  • Building and maintaining our technical support process and collaboration with other teams including our office in New York.
  • Serving as a technical expert and covering incoming technical support from emails, live chat, and phone calls.
  • Collaborating with our engineering team to troubleshoot and define bugs as well as tracking the impact of bugs and fixes.
  • Understanding our customer’s needs and channeling that feedback to teams within Airtame.
  • Providing technical onboarding to our users and their respective technical departments.
  • Contributing to the ongoing internal learning and success of our team by sharing knowledge through mentorship and collaboration.


  • Experience in technical support and/or system administrating.
  • Are service-minded and strive to give customers the best possible experience.
  • Tech savvy and enthusiastic about technologies.
  • Highly-motivated team player with a drive for creative thinking and for getting things done.
  • Proactive and capable of self-learning.
  • Solution-oriented approach to new and unforeseen challenges.
  • Fluent in English with the ability to explain and simplify technical terms.

Bonus points

  • Experience with leading a team and being the main point of contact for other teams.
  • Educational background in IT or support.
  • Understand the principles of wireless streaming technology.
  • Hands-on experience with corporate network administration.
  • Experience with content writing and video editing for creating self-help content such as articles and tutorials for our customers.
  • You have worked in a dynamic startup environment and understand the principles of being open-minded to new challenges.
  • Experience providing customer service to a wide range of customers, from small businesses to big enterprises and educational sectors.
