How do I get started?
Simply plug the Airtame hardware into your screen and connect to your network. Using a laptop on the same network, create an organization on Airtame.cloud and attach your new Airtame device. Airtame automatically adds your license to your account and gives you access to all features. Apply the license to your device and your screen now has super powers. If you need any help, go to our help center or reach out.
What does “30 day risk free trial” mean?
At Airtame we believe in our offering and we want you to try out our platform with no strings attached. If the plan for some reason does not live up to your expectations in the first 30 days of you using it, you can return the hardware to us and we will refund you your full purchase and cancel your license.
What else do I need to enable video meetings with the Hybrid plan?
The Hybrid screen plan includes an Airtame Hub, which allows you to connect various peripherals for having hybrid conferencing calls. These peripherals include a camera, microphone and speaker to plug into Airtame Hub, and are not included in the Hybrid screen plan. But don’t worry, we work with some great partners who offer a wide spectrum of various peripherals, which will meet any needs and budget. Check out our peripheral partners here.
Do I own the hardware after purchase?
Yes, once you buy it, you own the hardware. However, you will have limited access to using it without an active license.

Can I upgrade from Core screen to Hybrid screen?
If you would like to upgrade from one plan to another, please reach out and we can discuss how we can expand your license.
Can I buy Airtame without a license?
All new Airtames come with a license, but if you are a current customer on an older plan, please contact your account manager or contact us here.
What happens when my license runs out?
In the event of a device license expiration or if you opt not to renew, you will always be given the choice to re-subscribe. For further details, we recommend reading this article.
