New PanaCast U30 video bar ships with Virtual Airtame embedded — delivering video conferencing across Teams, Zoom, Google Meet and Webex, wireless screen sharing, digital signage, and centralized cloud management out of the box.
Copenhagen — 16 June 2026 Airtame, the platform that makes screens easy to use in schools and workplaces, today announced an integrated solution with Jabra, the audio and video collaboration brand of GN. The new Jabra PanaCast U30 BYOD video bar and the Jabra PanaCast 40 VBS will from July 2026 ship with Virtual Airtame pre-installed.
Many organizations want to support video collaboration in every meeting space, but equipping smaller rooms has historically meant choosing between cost, complexity, and capability. The Airtame and Jabra integration removes that trade-off. The PanaCast U30 ships as a complete, platform-agnostic meeting room from day one: wireless by default, with cable BYOD always available as a fallback.
Most meeting rooms are still built around one collaboration platform — and most enterprises now run several. The Airtame and Jabra solution removes that constraint at the room level: any user, any platform, any laptop, any phone can use the room at any time. For IT and AV teams, that means one experience, one device, and one management pane, with Airtame Cloud and Jabra Plus both available for fleet oversight. For end users, it means the meeting starts the moment they walk in.
“Customers do not want another integration. They want a meeting that works. By embedding Virtual Airtame in Jabra’s video portfolio, we are putting a complete, platform-agnostic room experience in every bar — and removing the friction that has defined hybrid meetings for years.”
“The PanaCast U30 is built for the rooms most of us actually meet in — small, medium, and constantly switching between platforms. Pre-installing Virtual Airtame on the U30 and across our portfolio gives our channel and our customers a video bar that walks in already complete.”
The Jabra PanaCast U30 and the Jabra PanaCast 40 VBS with embedded Virtual Airtame is available globally from July 2026 through Airtame and Jabra’s certified distribution and reseller network. See the joint solution live at InfoComm 2026, Las Vegas Convention Center, 17–19 June, on both the Jabra and Airtame booths.
