Airtame to unveil the future of hybrid conferencing with new features like Share to Call, Share from Browser and more at InfoComm 2023

In Booth 3575, Airtame will demonstrate how it’s putting people before screens with a powerful hybrid conferencing platform.

New York, NY, June 1, 2023 – Airtame, creator of the hardware-enabled SaaS platform that allows seamless collaboration in businesses and schools, today unveiled a sneak peek of its InfoComm 2023 exhibition (Booth 3575) featuring live demos of its hybrid conferencing platform that show commercial installers how they can streamline the collaboration experience for customers across all screens, in all rooms. Airtame will also showcase a wide range of new strategic alliances, with demonstrations of how its platform integrates with industry-leading conferencing equipment providers.

“The commercial AV community is increasingly asked by businesses to design collaboration systems that work. Unfortunately, delivering on the promise of ease and function has been a challenge,” said Susanne Lund, Airtame CEO. “Considering that up to 64 percent of workers cite hybrid collaboration spaces as being vital to positive in-office experiences, it is critically important to develop easy-to-use conferencing areas that provide reliably high-quality communications.

At Airtame, we believe that screens can be part of the solution to communicate and collaborate better. That’s why we have developed a user-intuitive, platform-agnostic collaboration platform that integrators can leverage to sell better experiences to their end-user customers. We look forward to meeting with the community at InfoComm and showing them what can be possible in digital screen collaboration.”

Airtame will conduct demos of the Hybrid Screen Plan for hybrid conferencing – the premiere experience for all-in-one screen sharing, digital signage, and seamless hybrid conferencing powered by the Airtame Hub. Within the Airtame platform, Airtame Hub integrates digital signage and video conferencing solutions to combine the quality and stability of traditional Rooms systems with the flexibility of bring-your-own meeting solutions. Airtame Hub is compatible with many of the world’s most popular video conferencing solutions, it is a powerful tool for organizations to transform their offices or classrooms into modern hybrid environments.

The Hybrid Screen Plan for hybrid conferencing has a number of unique features that will be on display at InfoComm 2023, including the brand new Share to Call functionality, which solves one of the biggest pain points experienced by users in hybrid meetings. Enabled by the Hub, Share to Call allows any person in a meeting room or classroom to instantly share their screen into a Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and, soon, Google Meet and Webex, call without the hassle of joining the call from a personal device – encouraging a struggle-free, flexible communication experience. “This new feature makes hybrid meetings and classes truly equitable because it makes it just as easy for in-person meeting participants to share their screens as it is for remote participants,” Lund added.

Another new feature on display will be the all-new Share from Browser, which democratizes screen sharing and hybrid collaboration for all users. This feature gives users the ability to screen share or start a hybrid conference call from the web browser of their choice, without having to download or install any new applications.

This is especially useful for first time users such as guests and those who have restrictions from running software on their machines. With Share from Browser, users can share to an Airtame powered display in seconds without wasting time with installations. Users simply use an Airtame pairing code displayed on their screen, and select if they want to share a browser tab, windows or entire desktop.

At the show, Airtame will also spotlight its new partnership with advanced digital signage software developer Rise Vision to bring best-in-class communication, safety, and collaboration to educational facilities. For the first time, Rise Vision emergency alerts will be able to override a screen sharing session on Airtame devices, bringing emergency alerts and increased safety to the classroom.

Airtame will also demonstrate its strategic alliances with several industry-leading conferencing equipment providers to offer a complete, cross-platform hybrid meeting solution that integrates screen sharing, digital signage and video conferencing to create a seamless experience for users.

According to Lund, Airtame provides installers with the tools they need to deliver on the seamless collaboration that is required in today’s offices. “Our platform transforms organizations into truly equitable, hybrid environments,” Lund concluded. “Like never before, our hybrid conference solution allows users to forget about meeting links, set-up changes and the pesky problems that continue to plague hybrid organizations.”
